As a new patient to Fiedler Dentistry, we want to provide you with an overview of what to expect during your first visit to our office. Our friendly staff will greet you and process your patient information when you arrive for your appointment. In addition, the online intake forms will allow our dentists to get to know you and your individual needs.
Your initial exam will last approximately 90 minutes. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals for your dental treatment. Typically, we will take X-rays, allowing us to examine the jaw’s structure, teeth position, and tooth condition. Upon completion of your examination and review of X-rays, your dentist will discuss their finding and results. In addition, we will discuss recommendations and procedures and outline an individualized approach specific to your dental health.
Our dental hygienists will perform a full general cleaning during your second visit or begin any recommended therapy for treating gum and periodontal disease. This may be done on the same day or a future scheduled date. They will also provide oral hygiene instructions and suggestions to help you care for your teeth.
We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. So we promise to speak candidly about any symptoms that may require further dental treatment. We’ll share our diagnoses, alternative treatment options, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership with one common goal: keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums, and jaw joints healthy!

To prepare for your upcoming appointment, Fiedler Dentistry provides our patient forms online. Completing forms before your visit will help ensure timely check-in for your appointment. Please go to our secure online portal to complete your forms electronically.
Insurance
At Fiedler Dentistry, we believe no smile should be left untreated because of financial concerns. We take pride in offering affordable dental treatment that fits your budget. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before any treatment.
We accept most dental insurance plans. Our financial team will submit insurance claims for you. We will also attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account.
